Terms of Use

The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a contract or a binding offer. The package prices shown on this site (Starter, Growth and All-inclusive) apply to the scope listed for each package. All other prices, scope and timelines are agreed in a written proposal or agreement between you and us.

Each project is governed by its own written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to the project.

We use AI tools as part of our workflow and review the work before delivery. We cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic, leads or sales, because these depend on factors outside our control.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where they apply. Each package is a fixed price for the scope listed in the pricing section of this site. Any other work is quoted in writing before it starts.

Unless a proposal says otherwise, 50% is due before work begins and 50% before launch or handover. You can pay the deposit online by card at checkout, which is processed by Stripe. Invoices are otherwise payable by card or bank transfer. We do not see or store your card details.

Work is delivered digitally, for example a live website, source files or exported assets. Typical timelines from kickoff are 2 to 3 weeks for Starter, 3 to 5 weeks for Growth and 5 to 8 weeks for All-inclusive, provided we receive your content and feedback on time. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Revision rounds are included as listed for each package (two for Starter, three for Growth, four for All-inclusive). Additional changes are quoted separately.

If you cancel before work starts, we refund your payment in full. If you cancel after work has started, we refund the unused part of your payment minus the work already completed. Once a project is delivered and accepted, payments are non-refundable, but we will fix any defect against the agreed scope at no charge.

To cancel or request a refund, email hello@kinovstudio.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

When we receive final payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

The site design, text, graphics, logo and code are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Ownership of delivered client work is described in the section above.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or send unlawful, abusive or misleading content through our contact channels.

The site links to client and third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Client names and links appear with their agreement.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
