This policy explains what personal data Kinov Studio ("we", "us"), a trade name of Erkinov LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, collects through kinovstudio.com, why we collect it and what your choices are.
What we collect
Contact form: if you use the form, you give us your name, email address and the message you write. The form opens your own email app with these details filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. The website does not store form entries.
Email: if you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Payments: if you pay online, Stripe collects and processes your payment and billing details. We receive confirmation of the payment, your name, email address and the amount, but not your full card number.
Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, in order to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add them in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use your data
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, manage the project. We use technical data to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and your consent where it is required.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider, Cloudflare and Stripe (for payments), and where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting working relationship, and then delete them unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent and to complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email hello@kinovstudio.com.
